You can make a return by logging into your customer account Order History -> Details.
If you do not have an account write an email to office@outfit.pl provide your order number or the Name of the person for whom the order was made, and in the case of cash on delivery package send also the bank details for the return transfer.
Withdrawal from the concluded contract of sale:
A customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract of sale without stating reasons by submitting an appropriate statement in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To meet this deadline it is sufficient to send the appropriate statement before its expiration. The statement can be sent by letter or e-mail. The buyer will receive a return label, so he will return the product free of charge. The product must be sent back within no more than 14 days, together with the proof of purchase. In case of effective withdrawal from the contract of sale, the contract is considered not concluded. The customer is obliged to return the purchased goods, immediately, no later than within 14 (fourteen) days. The goods must be returned in unaltered condition: unused, with a set of attached tags, with the red protection attached.
Upon receipt of the return shipment, the amount spent on the purchase of the goods will be refunded to the consumer within 14 days to the account specified in the withdrawal form.
No cancellation of the contract:
The right of return does not apply to the Buyer (Consumer) in respect of contracts in which the object of performance is a delivered item, which after use cannot be returned due to traces of use or for hygienic reasons.
