How to report a return?

To report a return, please send an email to: office@outfit.pl

In the body of the message provide:

• order number or the name of the person who placed the order
• for orders with payment on delivery - bank account number for the refund

Free returns for orders with a value from 249 PLN in Poland

If the value of your order (excluding delivery costs) is 249 PLN or more, you can take advantage of free returns in Poland.

Conditions for accepting returns

In order for a return to be accepted, the product must be sent back intact. This means that it should have the original tags, packaging or foil, and must not bear any signs of use. The red plastic tag must not be cut off, and the box containing the underwear must not be unsealed. Attach a receipt or invoice to the return package.

Withdrawal from the sales contract

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without stating a reason by making a statement to that effect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

The statement can be sent by letter or e-mail to office@outfit.pl. The product should be sent back within no more than 14 days together with the proof of purchase.

In case of effective withdrawal from the contract:

• the contract of sale is considered not concluded
• the customer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than within 14 days
• after receiving the shipment, the funds will be refunded
• within 14 days

No cancellation of the contract

The right of return does not apply to the Buyer (Consumer) in respect of contracts in which the object of performance is a delivered item, which after use cannot be returned due to traces of use or for hygienic reasons.
