How to Request a Return?

To request a return, please send an email to: office@outfit.pl

In your message, please provide:

• the order number or the name of the person who placed the order,
• for orders with cash on delivery payment – your bank account number for the refund.

Free Returns for Orders from 300 PLN within Poland

If your order value is 300 PLN or more, you can benefit from free returns within Poland.

Returns for Orders up to 299.99 PLN

For returns of orders valued up to 299.99 PLN, please send the goods to the following address:

Return Acceptance Conditions

To have your return accepted, the product must be sent back in perfect, unused condition. This means:

• it must have the original tags, packaging, or protective foil,
• it must show no signs of use,
• the red plastic tag must not be removed,
• underwear packaging must be unopened,
• attach the receipt or invoice to the return package.

Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement

Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without giving any reason by submitting a relevant statement within 14 days from receiving the shipment.

You can send the withdrawal statement via email to office@outfit.pl or by post. The product must be returned within 14 days along with the proof of purchase.

If the withdrawal is valid:

• the sales agreement is considered null and void,
• the customer is obliged to return the purchased goods immediately, no later than within 14 days,
• once the return package is received, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of return does not apply to the Buyer (Consumer) in cases where the subject of the contract is a delivered item that, after being used, cannot be returned due to signs of use or for hygiene reasons.
